United Parks Crew Incentive Program
Terms & Conditions
Program Overview: Participants may earn Points which can be redeemed for Rewards while they are actively employed at a participating United Park by completing specific actions as described in Section 6 below. Except where a Participant is terminated for cause, Participants (regardless of whether they are active employees) will have the opportunity to redeem their earned Points for Rewards for two (2) weeks after their last day or no later than through January 18, 2026, whichever comes first.
1. Eligibility: To participate in the United Parks Incentive Program (the “Program”), you must be employed by one of the participating United Parks listed below (each a "Park”), work at stands/stores within the Park that sell Coca-Cola beverages, and be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (“Participants”).

- Busch Gardens Tampa Bay: 10165 N McKinley Dr, Tampa, FL 33612

The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participant’s employment must be in good standing with the Park throughout the Program Period (as defined below).
2. Sponsor: The Coca-Cola Company, One Coca-Cola Plaza, Atlanta, GA 30313. Platform Administrator : ENT Marketing Inc., 651 N. Broad Street, Suite 308, Middletown, DE 19709. Administrator : Marden-Kane, Inc., 575 Underhill Blvd., Ste. 222, Syosset, NY 11791.
3. Timing: The Program begins on June 30, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Program Period"). The Program consists of 27 Weekly Periods and 6 Campaign Challenge Periods (as defined below) during which Points can be earned/accumulated.
There are 27 “Weekly Periods” during the Program Period; Each Weekly Period starts on Monday at Park opening and ends on Sunday at Park close.
There are 6 “Campaign Challenge Periods”, each with unique start and end dates as follows:

The Platform Administrator’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Program.
4. Agreement to Terms & Conditions : Participation in this Program constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Program. Receiving Points and Rewards is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
5. Here’s How to Register for the Program:
A. Register/Create an Account : Visit www. UPRCokeCrew.com (“Program Website”) and complete the online registration form, including your full name, Park information, email address, a mobile phone number (optional), and agree to these Terms & Conditions. By completing the registration form, Participant has created a rewards account (“Rewards Account”) and will be opted in to earn and receive “Points” that may be redeemed for Rewards (defined below in Section 7) based on their personal performance and their Park’s food & beverage sales performance in Park locations that sell Coca-Cola beverages.
Participant must abide by the following code of conduct to remain in the Program:
Participants SHOULD: Follow all previous sales and service training received from their employer.
Participants SHOULD NOT: Encourage or obtain the purchase of any food or beverages by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to guests, including any of the following:
- Overly pressuring or forcing a guest into purchasing any food or beverage;
- Conditioning regular or satisfactory service to a guest upon purchasing any food or beverage; and
- Inducing a guest to purchase a food or beverage by providing unauthorized discounts or complimentary items.
Sponsor may disqualify any Park that has encouraged its eligible Food and Beverage employees to obtain food and beverage sales in violation of these Terms. United Parks may disqualify any Participant from receiving Rewards if it finds that the Participant has obtained food and beverage sales in violation of these Terms.
B. Participant’s Personal Information : To learn how Sponsor will use the personal information collected in connection with the Rewards Account and/or this Program, visit https://uprcokecrew.com/Privacy .
C. Sponsor’s Communications : By registering for a Rewards Account, Participants will have the option to agree to receive messaging about the Program either by email messaging to the email address associated with Participant’s Account or by text from (845) 409-8548 to their mobile number if they consent to receive text updates. Participants will receive 2-3 email or text updates each month plus additional messages based on Points awarded or when you redeem Points for Rewards. Text messages will be sent from an automated system. Message and data rates may apply as it relates to receipt of text messages . To opt-out of text messages, go to your Account Settings on www. UPRCokeCrew.com and deselect Notify by Text. Consent is not required to buy goods and services. Receipt of text messages is subject to the following privacy policy: https://uprcokecrew.com/Privacy . You can text STOP at any time to unsubscribe from receiving text messages.
D. Participant’s Account : Participant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of and for restricting access to the Reward Account. Participants agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur within their Rewards Account. Without limiting any other remedies, Sponsor may suspend or terminate a Participant’s Rewards Account, or deem a Participant ineligible if Sponsor suspects that a Participant has engaged in fraudulent activity or any action that violates the intent of the Program Terms & Conditions in connection with the Program. Any failure to abide by these Terms & Conditions or any policies or procedures implemented by Sponsor, any conduct detrimental to Sponsor, or any misrepresentation in connection with the Program may result in the termination of participation in the Program, forfeiture of Points accrued, and any rights or remedies available to Sponsor in law or equity.
E. Termination of All Accounts : All Participant Rewards Accounts, as well as the personal information associated with each Rewards Account will be permanently deactivated after January 18, 2026. In addition, Participant may request that their Rewards Account is deactivated at any time for any reason and they will no longer be participating in this Program.
6. How to Earn Points: There are four (4) ways to earn or receive Points as set forth below.
A. Participant Registration : Upon completion of registration and creating a Rewards Account at the Program Website (described above in Section 5), Participant will receive 3,000 Points.
B. Weekly Check-In : Participant may log-in to the Program Website to check-in at least one (1) time during each Weekly Period. By completing this task, Participant will receive 500 Points.
C. Star Performer : During each Monthly Period, field agents or the Park’s Food & Beverage Manager (“Park Personnel”) will award two (2) Participants with 3,000 Points, in their sole discretion based on the following: These awards will be given at any point during the Monthly Period based on observation of strong performance including demonstration of positive attitude, friendly customer service and communication of upgrade options to Park customers. A Participant may only receive the Star Performer Points one (1) time during the Program.
D. Weekly Sales Contest : Each Park will receive weekly food and beverage sales targets from United Parks based on their historical performance. After each Weekly Period, Sponsor will award 2,000 Points to each active Participant from the Park that achieved the highest ranking of their food and beverage sales against their food and beverage sales target. Participant must be enrolled as of the end of the applicable Weekly Period to earn Points.
Points will be deposited in each Participant’s account within three (3) business days of each of the above actions or determinations. All decisions of Sponsor, Park Personnel and United Parks are final on all matters relating to the Program, awarding of Points and determination of Point recipients.
7. Points and Rewards: Value, Expiration, Forfeiture of Points & Redemption of Points for Rewards:
A. Points do not constitute property, do not entitle Participant to a vested right or interest and have no cash value. As such, Points are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason. The sale or transfer of Points is strictly prohibited.
B. Except for Participants who have been disqualified from this Program or are terminated, Points may be redeemed for Rewards by any Participant for two (2) weeks after their final day of employment but no later than January 18, 2026 at which point the Rewards Account will be closed. Any Points remaining in a Participant’s Rewards Account once it is closed, will be forfeited without compensation.
C. Points accrued may be redeemed immediately for gift cards of different denominations (“Rewards”) by visiting https://uprcokecrew.com/Crew/Rewards . Rewards are non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee an unlimited supply of all Rewards. The following describes the number of Points required to redeem for gift cards (fulfilled as a digital code). NOTE: If you have fewer than 2,000 Points in your account, they may not be redeemed for any Reward.

Terms and conditions and restrictions of each gift card issuer apply. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Reward furnished in connection with the Program.
8. Taxes : Rewards may be taxable. Participants are responsible for the payment of all taxes which may result from participation in the Program.
9. Release: By participating in this Program, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, United Parks, ENT Marketing, Marden-Kane, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and Reward suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Program or receipt or use or misuse of any Points/Reward.
10. Publicity Participation in this Program shall constitute and signify Participant’s agreement and consent that Sponsor, United Parks or their designees may use the Participant’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, and/or Reward information in connection with the Program for promotional, advertising or other purposes within Participant’s Park, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions : Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Program if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason or event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to a force majeure event or occurrence, an “act of God” (e.g., natural disaster, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic or epidemic) making it inadvisable, impractical, impossible or illegal or which materially affects a party’s ability to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, or if fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor affects the security, administration, integrity or proper functioning of the Program, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor will post a notice on the Program Website and will award all non-suspect Reward requests that have been submitted up to the time of such action. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Rewards offered. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Program, or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and will void all associated Points. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Limitations of Liability :
The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (1) any lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, garbled, incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or unavailable network connections; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any aspect of the Program; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Program, including the awarding of Points and the processing of Rewards; (5) misdirected or undeliverable Rewards; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Program or receipt or use or misuse of any Reward .
13. Disputes : This Program is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning), and Participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Atlanta, Georgia or the appropriate Georgia State Court; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred of no more than $100, including costs associated with participating in the Program, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participants and Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
